Bettina Davies has been a litigator for the past 15 years and a network attorney for the Professional Association of Georgia Educators. Bettina concentrated her practice in the areas of educational and employment-rights law. In addition she handles a significant caseload of family, juvenile and guardian ad litem.
Following her graduation from Florida State University College of Law, Bettina served as a law clerk to Judge Walter J. Clarke of the Gwinnett County Probate Court and as law clerk in the Superior Court of Cobb County for Judge George H. Kreeger. She has also acted as a guardian ad litem for abused and neglected children in Florida and Georgia. Atty. Davies maintains memberships in the State Bar of Georgia, the Florida bar and Cobb County Bar Association. She is also a registered mediator.
Atty. Davies graduated from Florida State University with a bachelor’s degree with honors in finance. In 1992, she received her law degree, with honors, from the university’s College of Law. She is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Georgia, the Georgia Court of Appeals, Georgia Superior Courts, and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
She attends Mt. Bethel United Methodist Church and is an avid runner with membership in the Atlanta Track Club Women’s Competitive Team.
